So the first day my Moviepass was active I went to see Annihilation at the Century in Bela Tara. Annihilation is a scifi movie about a biologist who was in the army, and her husband comes home and then gets sick. She learns that he is the only one who returned from entering an area called the Shimmer, which has appeared and seems to be growing. This movie was a little strange, but it was very visual. There are some creatures and other things are seem to be altered from their original state. The story line was kind of typical, but most of the acting was well done and it is visually stunning in some parts. So would I recommend it? If you like Sci Fi and like visually interesting movies, then I would definitely go see it. If not, I would wait until it shows up on cable or Netflix.
