Watched movie # 155 Suspiria. A dancer attends a dance school in Berlin in 1977, that turns out to be run by witches. This is a remake of the original film from 1977. I never saw the original film, but I was told that the story line was similar, but not quite the same as this one. This was not my favorite film. It was a little boring, and seamed like it was a foreign horror film from the 70s. Its possible that this was the look they were going for, as the original was a foreign horror film made in the 70s,but the original film received a lot of acclaim, where this one did not. It stars a lot of well know actors, but I felt the story line was a little confusing, not explaining what was going on, and the gore in the film seemed like it was just there to horrify the audience, but it just make it look like a cheep horror film. Unless you are a fan of the original file, I would skip it and if you are a fan then I would wait to stream it.
