Watched movie #85 Hotel Artemis. In the year 2028, while riots are going on outside in LA, the Hotel Artemis is a private hospital for criminals run by a nurse (Jodie Foster) who has to deal with the patients breaking the rules. I enjoyed this movie, it had an interesting story, but it seemed to be lacking something. The acting was good, but i thought the story was a little too simple, i think it could have been a lot better if they expanded the story a bit. The fight scene with Sofia Boutella was great and the medical technology was cool. Overall the movie was entertaining, but i didn’t walk away and say wow that was great. If you like crime thriller films like John Wick, then i would go see it, but don’t expect it to be as good as John Wick.
