Watched movie #60 Breaking In. A mother and her two children go to her late father’s high security vacation home to get it ready for sale, and 4 criminals break in to find hidden money that is supposed to be in the house. The mother will stop at nothing to protect her children. I liked this movie, Gabrielle Union does a great job and caries this movie. Was it full of cliches and did it follow the typical home invasion type movie? Yes it did, but that is what i expected, so i didn’t care. I felt tension throughout the whole movie and it had a couple jump scares that i felt worked very well, so the movie did its job, i was entertained. If you like tense movies and can overlook the typical home invasion scenarios, then i would go see it or at least stream it. Never be surprised what a mother will do for her children.
