Watched movie #69 Superman. The original from 1978 with Christopher Reeves and Margot Kidder, it was flashback Tuesday. The origin story of Superman and how he got here, grew up, and started working at the Daily Planet. It was fun to see this movie again, I originally saw it in the theater in 1978 and i remember how amazed I was with the flying scenes, which is now obviously green screen. It was also funny to see the reporters using typewriters and how much technology has changed since 1978. They even had one scene where Superman stops at a phone booth, but then has to go to a revolving door to change, because the phone booth was a partial booth, which was new in 78, so kids today would not get that joke. For being an old movie, it still played very well, i liked it better than the 2013 Man of Steel.
